Went in for inspection, knowing I probably needed brakes, but I didn’t say anything to them. Surprisingly they told me they passed, but they recommended I replace the front brakes. Gave me a great price and even though I dropped my vehicle off and told them I wasn’t in a rush, it was done in a few hours. Great experience, will definitely be back.

You truly don't have many people in the world like Pete Myers at Kolb family automotive in Batavia,New York. So was staying at the Best Western in Batavia for a D3 basketball game sr Geneseo University on 11/07/2025 (Yes I follow the University of Scranton Lady Royals all over ) But this is about this gentleman Pete and the guys that work fir this company .So anyway I heard this noise coming from my car I have a 2024 kia and I looked at my wife and I said do you hear that and she said yes it sounded like if something was dragging so anyway driving up 63 about 4:30 and I saw this garage door open I pulled in and from being out of town and not knowing a damn thing about a car I asked at first I didn't know his name but I asked him if he would look at my car mind you this guy is ready to get off work along with the other two gentleman.So I told him I'm from out of state and I no nothing about cars. He told me and my family to go into the office and sit in there while this guy (Pete)took my car inside the garage and put it in the lift to take the undrcover off I guess I broke it when I either hit a bump or maybe the tracks.So to the owners of Kolb Family automotive you truly have a gem of a man in Peter and I truly truly hope your business flourishes even more .It took like ten minutes but that is ten minutes of kindness you don't see much off anymore.YOU TRULY HAVE GREAT SERVICE BUT BETTER YET SOMETHING ALOT OF BUSINESS DONT HAVE CARE AND KINDNESS. IT WAS A MAN AND HIS FAMILY FROM PA. Great experience, Dan and his crew and family not only have worked on my car 3 times for various issues. The repairs were done very well with very minimal down time (one job was a big one and I was really happy with the price!) I do not normally leave reviews online but in this day and age it is rare to see a business employ good customer service from the front counter to the techs. Highly recommended!

I went there for a simple NYS inspection and found other issues. The people are super nice and spent the needed time to show me the problems and discuss a plan to get the issues fixed. My vehicle broke down on Niagara Falls Blvd on a Saturday. Had to towed to kolb automotive. Called Monday morning explained to Scott what happened. He called me that afternoon let me know it was my water pump and thermostat that needed to be replaced. He was upfront and very honest about what needed to be done and the cost. He did explain it wouldn't be fixed until probably Thursday. I explained i use my vehicle but would figure something out for those few days. Well to my surprise Tuesday early evening Scott called to tell me my vehicle was done. It has ran great since no issue.

Speaking with some of my old customers along with my personal experience of the current owners I couldn't be more pleased of the way they are handling business. The owner and staff are polite, professional, very experienced, and just a great place to bring your vehicle for service and repairs.
