When you catch them doing shotty work they do not fix it unless you pay for labor. Sorry, I’m not going to pay you to do the job twice. Nice try though. Make sure you take your car to be checked by another mechanic immediately after having Kolb do any work. I took mine to another mechanic and they identified that the repair they did was not good. I thought maybe they were wrong, but then another mechanic a few months later said the same thing! Yes, TWO separate mechanics confirmed their work was bad. I called and told Kolb. They assured me over the phone I could come in and have the work repaired with no charge. After showing up and sitting in their waiting room for half an hour and listening to the two people talk behind the desk one of them decided to do their job and tell me I’m going to owe for labor. Well I wouldn’t have wasted my morning if I knew that! Really poor service and work being done here.

They did an amazing job with my vehicle. Were very fast and called me with updates - and pricing - before doing any work. Didn't do any unnecessary work unlike other local shops. 1st time here and will absolutely be going back!!

I came in to get a check engine light looked at and they told me my glow plugs needed to be replaced for nearly $1000. They did the repair and my check engine light was still on, and they advised me to take the car to the dealership. Upon taking car to the dealership I found out that the glow plugs had been improperly installed, and had to pay to get the glow plugs installed again as well as get sensors replaced that had broken due to the glow plugs being improperly installed. 0/10 avoid this place if you want functional repairs.

I originally built and ran this facility starting in 1995 for 20 plus years. Speaking with some of my old customers along with my personal experience of the current owners I couldn't be more pleased of the way they are handling business. The owner and staff are polite, professional, very experienced, and just a great place to bring your vehicle for service and repairs. I know anyone who brings a vehicle in for service will be as satisfied as myself. Great job Kolb Family Automotive for your honesty and work ethic.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend kolbs automotive! They will sell you parts and do jobs that do not need to be done. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I took my car in for a service and they did not complete or do the job right I called and talked with Dan and all he tried to do was sell another job my vehicle did not need! I got a second opinion and definitely will be taking business elsewhere BE AWARE! Horrible experience

AAA emergency tow landed me at this shop. The car was in need of repair wouldn't start and unknown problems. The first call on monday morning the rudest mean lady with no information. The second call same had 3 calls . End of story paid a lot. The labor earned i gladly pay for but the quality the new spark plugs werent new.I had a misfiring cylinders the issue was wrong type of spark plug. The brand new radiator was not secured in place the mounting bracket was bent and rattaling. Dont use this place.
