Absolutely fantastic service! Kolb Family Automotive is honest, professional, and truly cares about their customers. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable auto care!

My vehicle broke down on Niagara Falls Blvd on a Saturday. Had to towed to kolb automotive. Called Monday morning explained to Scott what happened. He called me that afternoon let me know it was my water pump and thermostat that needed to be replaced. He was upfront and very honest about what needed to be done and the cost. He did explain it wouldn't be fixed until probably Thursday. I explained i use my vehicle but would figure something out for those few days. Well to my surprise Tuesday early evening Scott called to tell me my vehicle was done. It has ran great since no issue.

They did an amazing job with my vehicle. Were very fast and called me with updates - and pricing - before doing any work. Didn't do any unnecessary work unlike other local shops. 1st time here and will absolutely be going back!!

My heat went out on my way home from work, I work overnights had in me in and out fixed that morning. Very friendly P.s. love the dog 🐕 ❤️

Moved to Batavia in 2012... was told to come here when I needed work on my truck. Always a good experience from Kathy at the front desk to the guys in the shop. Fair prices and quality work.

Took in my ford for a inspection and they called to tell me it needed a few things for it to pass .they did a awesome job repairing everything that needed to be done and now my car drive way smoother then it has since I owned it .thanks to whoever worked on my car I will definitely be going there more for car repairs and the price you can not beat it neither ...

I originally built and ran this facility starting in 1995 for 20 plus years. Speaking with some of my old customers along with my personal experience of the current owners I couldn't be more pleased of the way they are handling business. The owner and staff are polite, professional, very experienced, and just a great place to bring your vehicle for service and repairs. I know anyone who brings a vehicle in for service will be as satisfied as myself. Great job Kolb Family Automotive for your honesty and work ethic.

Kolb family automotive is great! Dan has helped me out multiple times and has given me great advice and information on my cars! The price is right and I’ve never once felt ripped off. He’s got a great shop going! Will always take our cars here no matter what!

These are good people! The gentleman that helped us was some sorta Wizard with automobile knowledge and know how. No, not a Wizard, he was the Tony effing Stark of automobiles. I will never go any other place.
